Developing Quezon Province As Honeymoon Tourist Destination

The growing tourism in Quezon province has been identified as one of the tourist destinations in the Philippines. Since honeymoon tourism is one of the forms of tourism and the traditional holiday taken by newly married couples to celebrate their marriage in intimacy and seclusion. Nowadays, honeymoons are often celebrated in destinations considered adventured or romantic and Quezon province is a perfect place for your satisfaction. The researchers utilized a descriptive research method. A questionnaire was made by the researchers and underwent content validation that gave the study further data and information needed to find out the respondents. The main goal of this study is to assess, measure and evaluate the preferences of newly married couples in choosing their prospected honeymoon destination in Quezon Province. It also aims to identify the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of: age, gender, status, and geographical location, and salary/income to be able to know the factors considered by the respondents towards their preferred honeymoon tourism site in Quezon Province, to ascertain the respondent’s preferred honeymoon destination, to find out if demographic profile of the respondents affect their decision of honeymoon destination and to determine the implications that can be derived from the study in relation to the preferred honeymoon destination.
