Abstract
This study aimed to determine the LEVEL OF AWARENESS ON ELECTRONIC NAVIGATION REQUIREMENTS OF MERCHANT MARINE DECK OFFICERS AND DECK RATINGS AT DALAHICAN PORT. The gathering of data was conducted in Dalahican Port, Lucena City. This study was limited to the perceptions of thirty (30) seafarers. Results revealed that the findings in the level of awareness of deck officers and deck ratings shown by the records and data that researchers gathered. It could be more efficient with the newly graduate seafarers to cope with the maritime world. Although it was not as great as other research, this served as advance knowledge for electronic navigation. Meanwhile the seafarers should have the proper knowledge in electronic navigation for the safe navigation around the world.
