Abstract

The researchers aimed to develop A Promotional Website with CMS and SEO for XYZ Editing Services and Workshop. This helped the website visitors to know and understand what XYZ Editing Services and Workshop offers; promos; and packages. It also helped the admin to edit the content of the website even without the developers – much easier. The researchers used an agile methodology which has (6) six phases: Planning, System analysis, System Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation. Descriptive Analytics is used because of the quantitative and qualitative data gathered. According to the data gathered the following conclusions were made: 1) the system was developed to provide the client’s requirements; 2) the system was design according to the client’s suitability and satisfaction; 3) the system has two main users that has different interface on which they can access according to their proposed role while using the system; 4) the system has been tested and working functionally; and lastly, 5) the system has been evaluated by the specific beneficiaries by answering the questionnaire called ISO 25010. The researchers recommended that students who have been taking the workshops or training must have their own account that can access the system so that they can also post their blogs and outputs through the website. An admin should provide analytics on how many people have visited the website, and they should have been able to like the posted blogs and portfolios just like any other social media platforms.
