IPRO: AN ONLINE SALES AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PROTEXZONE STORE

Abstract
Online Sales and Inventory Management System is a web-based system
business solution used to simultaneously track profits activity and inventory. The use
of an online sales and inventory system allows for more accuracy in stocking and
product. The sales and inventory system nowadays is much extraordinary than in
early days. Users assume to find the products fast and to accomplish that with little
effort.
Protexzone, having a manual sale and inventory is the current problem of the
store. The store owner wants to access their system anytime and anywhere to
monitor the inventory system.
The purpose of the system was to help the management of the store for
widening the business scope of their store through the use of the internet. The
researchers examined the system that can be implemented in web-based through
development with the use of different technology such as XAMPP Server, Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver CC, and PHP MySQL for the manipulation of all functionalities of the device. For the software method, the agile method was used for
the capacities that matched the project requirement thru development. For the
software feedback, the researchers conducted an evaluation for its effectiveness and
gathered a positive outcome on the usefulness of the system.
