AGRI NA: A POINT OF SALES AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR GREENCROPS AGRICULTURE SUPPLY

The system, Agri Na: A Point of Sales and Inventory Management System for Greencrops Agriculture Supply is an inventory management system with the purpose of bringing ease in managing inventories for Greencrops Agriculture Supply. The system was developed in Java programming language along with other applications such as NetBeans IDE, Adobe Photoshop, and MySQL for storing the database. Using agile methodology, the researchers was able to cope with the changes in requirements and thus, the system was developed and tested in four computers with Windows 10 operating system and one computer running Windows 7 on a virtual machine. The system was also tested by the management and they are pleased with the outcome of the system. After testing, the system was evaluated using ISO 25010 product quality evaluation system. The system was well-received by the respondents and responded with “Strongly Agree” in the evaluation. This only shows that the developed system was able to satisfy the needs of the management and improved their current inventory system.
