The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) Dormitory offers students a safe, comfortable, and affordable accommodation option right within the campus. Conveniently located at the Library Complex, the dormitory provides easy access to classrooms, laboratories, study hubs, and other essential student services, making it an ideal choice for those who want to maximize their time and focus on their studies.
The dormitory has a total of 21 rooms with a capacity to accommodate up to 107 students. It offers 6 air-conditioned rooms that can house up to 28 students, designed for added comfort especially during warmer seasons, and 15 well-ventilated rooms that can accommodate up to 79 students, providing practical, clean, and comfortable student accommodation.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of its residents, the facility is equipped with dedicated fire escapes and an installed Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), and benefits from the University’s 24/7 security monitoring. Daily cleaning and regular maintenance are conducted to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all rooms and common areas.
The dormitory is managed by the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM) in collaboration with the Property Department and the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS). This management setup does not only ensure quality service for dorm residents but also serves as a practical training ground for CIHTM students, giving them valuable exposure to accommodation operations as part of their hospitality and tourism education.
Allocation of rooms prioritizes students coming from outside Lucena City, scholars, and those with special academic or financial considerations to ensure inclusivity and equal access to this vital University service. Rates are kept affordable to support students’ academic journeys while enjoying a comfortable living environment within campus.
