The Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation continues to invest in student life and holistic education with the ongoing development of a modern outdoor sports field within its main campus in Lucena City.
Designed to support football, track and field, and large-scale group exercises, the outdoor field will soon provide a spacious, all-purpose venue for athletic training, Physical Education classes, varsity practices, and university-wide sporting events.
Once completed, the facility will feature:
- A standard football field with permanent goalposts
- Defined running tracks for sprint and endurance activities
- Durable, student-safe surfaces for high performance
- Lighting and drainage systems to support use in all weather conditions
- A layout designed for multi-sport adaptability and crowd movement
The development of the field is a response to growing student interest in outdoor sports, wellness activities, and inclusive athletic programs. It also supports the University’s long-term vision to provide globally competitive campus facilities that nurture both physical health and character development.
According to university officials, the field is expected to serve as a key venue for future sports fests, University Week events, inter-school tournaments, and community fitness programs, strengthening the Envergan culture of discipline, unity, and pride.
