The Office of Student Affairs and Services of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation held its Annual Psychological Testing, “Psyche Quest with EU,” on Sept. 2–4 and Sept. 22 across different colleges in Lucena City to evaluate students’ well-being and guide interventions.

The testing covered the College of Engineering and College of Arts and Sciences on Sept. 2, the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice and College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management on Sept. 3, and the College of Computer and Multimedia Studies and College of Architecture and Fine Arts on Sept. 4.

The session for the Colleges of Maritime Education, Business and Accountancy, Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, and Education was moved to Sept. 22 due to class suspension.

A make-up test will be held Sept. 30 for students who missed their departmental schedules.

University psychometricians Adria Shayne Sustento and Alviña Bolo facilitated the testing with support from fourth-year Psychology student volunteers who gained hands-on training.

“The testing helps identify students’ emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning, which informs tailored interventions and support,” Bolo said.

Students needing additional support will be referred to guidance counselors, who will also use the results to design psychoeducation programs that foster self-awareness and expression. The Guidance and Testing Office will conduct a separate testing in October for Enverga Law School and the Institute of Graduate Studies.

This initiative reflects MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered learning and transformative education by addressing students’ holistic development. By integrating practical training for Psychology students and support programs for the entire student body, the university strengthens its culture of mindfulness, service, and excellence.
