OSAS Quality Objectives

  1. Ensure a very satisfactory rating of 4.50, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest, in all of the Office of Student Affairs and Services-sponsored activities based on the evaluation after every activity for the next five (5) years.
  2. Ensure that each Guidance Counselor/Student Support Staff can conduct well-beingactivities for a minimum of (3) students per week.
  3. Collect at least 90% of student information through the OneDrive Student PersonalRecord form (until the OSAS portal is operational); and ensure a 100% accuracy ofapplicants’ basic details (name, birthdate, education, contact details, etc.) encoded in theadmission application system for proper documentation, and in cases such asinterventions which requires basic student information. 
  4. Administer year-level psychological tests to at least 75% of students per college; and to at least 50% of students from Graduate Studies and Enverga Law School.
  5. Ensure at least 90% of student organizations are compliant with there/accreditation requirements.
  6. Implement mental health awareness campaigns and other related activities targeting specific issues such as stress management, bullying prevention, and substance abuse education, among other issues with a minimum participation rate of 25% of the student body.
  7. Attain at least a 4.50 rating, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest, on the Customer Satisfaction Survey of the effectiveness of the services of the Office of Student Affairs and Services and other support services every year for the next five (5) years.
