OSAS Quality Objectives

  1. Ensure a very satisfactory rating of 4.50, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest, in all of the Office of Student Affairs and Services-sponsored activities based on the evaluation after every activity for the next five (5) years.
  2. Ensure that each Guidance Counselor/Student Support Staff can conduct counseling/advising/engagement sessions for a minimum of (3) three students per week.
  3. Secure at least 90% compulsory collection of basic information of all students in the various academic programs of the University through the OneDrive form of Student Personal Record for appropriate programming and intervention until the OSAS portal is operational.
  4. Administer year-level psychological tests to at least 75% of students per college; and to at least 50% of students from Graduate Studies and Enverga Law School.
  5. Ensure 100% accurate entry of the basic applicants’ information (name, birthdate, education) in the approved admission application.
  6. Ensure at least 90% of student organizations are compliant with the re/accreditation requirements.
  7. Implement mental health awareness campaigns and other related activities targeting specific issues such as stress management, bullying prevention, and substance abuse education, among other issues with a minimum participation rate of 25% of the student body.
  8. Attain at least a 4.50 rating, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest, on the Customer Satisfaction Survey of the effectiveness of the services of the Office of Student Affairs and Services and other support services every year for the next five (5) years.
