Enverga Mauban participates in Cagsiay I Basketball League opening program
Reaffirming the University's support for grassroots sports development and community engagement, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Mauban Basketball Team participated in the opening ceremonies of the Cagsiay I Basketball League, Mauban Quezon, June 2.
The team joined fellow athletes, Sangguniang Kabataan officials of Cagsiay I, and basketball enthusiasts during the opening program, which marked the official start of the community basketball league.
Adding energy to the celebration was the appearance of Wildcat, Enverga University's official mascot, who interacted with participants and spectators throughout the event. The mascot's participation fostered school spirit while strengthening the University's connection with the local community.
Through its participation in the opening program, Enverga Mauban demonstrated its commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and youth development. The basketball team also expressed its readiness to compete in the tournament while representing the University's values on and off the court.
The Cagsiay I Basketball League provides local athletes with an avenue to develop their skills, encourage healthy competition, and strengthen community participation through sports.
