MSEUF received the recognition under CHED Memorandum Order No. 11, series of 2025, where the University was the only institution from Region IV-A CALABARZON included among the newly approved ETEEAP providers.

Dr. Claudia Odette Ayala, acting vice president for academics and research, and Atty. Dario Opistan, vice president for administration, attended the event on behalf of Chairman/CEO Wilfrido Enverga and President/COO Naila Leveriza.

The recognition affirmed MSEUF’s continuing commitment to expanding access to higher education through alternative learning pathways.

As an approved ETEEAP provider, the university will support qualified individuals who seek academic recognition for knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant work experience and prior learning.

MSEUF’s inclusion among the newly approved providers also strengthened its role in promoting lifelong learning, professional development and inclusive higher education in the region.
