Engineering dean presents 'green building research' in int'l conference at Vietnam
Engr. Cielito Maligalig, dean of the College of Engineering, presented a research paper at the International Scientific Conference on Applying New Technology in Green Buildings 2025 at the University of Technology and Education in Da Nang, Vietnam, July 21.
Engr. Maligalig co-authored the study with Dr. Guillermo Rago Jr., Engr. Evangeline Constantino, Engr. Uzziel Abib Gabiola, Engr. Jessa Gomez, Engr. Charlene Orian and Mr. Albert Griño. The paper is currently under review for publication in a Scopus-indexed international journal.
“This research represents the collaborative work of faculty members committed to addressing environmental issues through engineering innovation,” Engr. Maligalig said.
The presentation formed part of the international conference program that featured researchers from various countries focused on sustainable technologies in the construction sector.
“This engagement demonstrates our intent to share knowledge beyond borders,” said Dr. Guillermo Rago Jr., one of the co-authors.
The participation aligned with MSEUF’s mission to support research that responds to national and global challenges.
