Basic Ed students join cultural enrichment program in Thailand


To provide students with international exposure through cultural exchanges and academic activities, 12 junior and senior high school students from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) participated in the Cultural Enrichment Program at BJP Elite Academy (BJP) in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, Jan. 27-31.

BJP Elite Academy welcomed the MSEUF delegation with activities that included traditional performances, language immersion sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities with BJP students.

Principal Fe Bartiana and Assistant Principal Rommel Hiloma led the delegation of participating students Ageo Josue Bajal, Creazie Khemero Behik, Kershey Ynzhiera Calvendra, Shaun Charl Canuel, Sophia Faith Carpena, Ulycel May Herrera, Sguielle Brayden Maulion, Gabrielle Sanja Panganiban, Jed Romen Samonte, Ariana Isabella Tan, Jessica Nicole Marie Tan, and Wishchelle Joy Tibayan.

“This program allowed our students to experience a new cultural environment while developing their global perspective,” Principal Bartiana said.

“Engaging with students from another country broadens their understanding of different traditions and academic approaches.” Bartiana added.

Participants engaged in discussions and hands-on workshops that enhanced their appreciation for Thailand’s heritage strengthening MSEUF’s commitment to global learning and cultural collaboration.

MSEUF expressed gratitude to BJP Elite Academy for its hospitality and support in fostering cross-cultural learning.

"This program provided our students with a broader perspective on global education and cultural diversity. We appreciate BJP Elite Academy's commitment to facilitating meaningful interactions and learning experiences," Hiloma shared.

"We are excited about the possibilities of continued collaboration,and we are sure this initiative strengthens our international partnerships and enriches our students' academic and cultural growth." Hiloma added.

Both institutions look forward to future collaborations that will further international academic exchange opportunities.
