CIHTM department chair appointed as 'Filipino Brand of Service Excellence' in-house trainer

Dr. Jennifer Reyes, Department Chairperson of the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM) at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), was named the newest pioneer Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) In-House Trainer.

The event took place from May 21-24 at Twin Lakes Hotel.

As an FBSE In-House Trainer, Reyes will serve the academic community in Region 4A - CALABARZON and across the country, contributing her expertise to elevate service standards and excellence in education.

Reyes expressed her pride in receiving this recognition.

"Being appointed as an FBSE In-House Trainer is a tremendous honor. I look forward to contributing to the academic community's growth and excellence across Region 4A - CALABARZON and beyond," Dr reyes shared.


This new role aligns with MSEUF’s mission to provide quality education and produce leaders who will excel in their respective fields. Dr. Reyes' appointment exemplifies the university's commitment to leadership, professionalism, and service excellence in the hospitality and tourism industry.
