Towards the fulfillment of the University’s Vision, Mission, and Goals, the following are the specific quality objectives of the College:
- Attain at least a 7% enrolment increase every academic year for the next five years;
 - Deliver quality instruction by obtaining a rating higher than 4.5 using the five-point scale in the faculty performance evaluation;
 - Demonstrate competence by achieving 85% and above performance rating in the pre-service teachers’ performance evaluation;
 - Strengthen clinical supervision through regular midyear and year-end class visitation;
 - Implement a reasonable allocation of resources through sustained customer satisfaction of 3.5 on a five-point scale;
 - Record a consistent and competitive performance in the Licensure Examination either at par or beyond the national passing percentage for the next five years;
 - Conduct one tracer study per program every five years to continuously track graduates’ careers; and
 - Obtain one hundred percent faculty participation in research production and community extension services.
