MSEUF collaborates with Digital Creatives Ph for CCMS Autodesk Maya Training
Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Digital Creatives Philippines (DCPH) to establish a collaborative partnership aimed at enhancing educational resources and professional development in the fields of multimedia and animation, Aug. 5.
Under the MoU, DCPH in partnership with Autodesk, will provide a one-year Autodesk Maya license to faculty members and students at MSEUF's College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS).This license will grant full access to Autodesk Maya software for teaching, research, and professional development.
To ensure effective utilization of the software, Digital Creatives Philippines will also sponsor three months of comprehensive online training for two faculty subject matter experts. The training will cover essential features and advanced techniques of Autodesk Maya. Additionally, the company will lend 20 additional licenses to participants during the training sessions.
MSEUF CCMS commits to using the provided license for community extension purposes and will conduct a minimum of a two-day training session on Maya within the year, targeting at least 400 student participants. The institution will also provide details of the faculty members who will benefit from the license and training sponsorship.
The partnership aims to enhance faculty teaching capabilities and technical skills, extend valuable knowledge to the broader community, and bolster the global competitiveness of Filipinos through Autodesk technology.
The MoU will remain in effect until the completion of the one-year license period and associated training commitments.
