Students' Satisfaction and Engagement During Flexible Learning

Abstract
This study was conducted to know the Students' Satisfaction and Engagement during Flexible Learning. The researcher evaluated the demographic profile of the respondents, assessed the level of satisfaction and engagement of the students with flexible learning, and examined the relationship betweek students' satisfaction and attention during flexible learning. and examined the relationship between studnets' satisfaction and attention during flexible learning. it used a correlational research design and separated it into sections. The researcher used a stratified random sampling because the respondents experienced face-to-face classes and distance learning. Thus, their experiences helped them in the survey. The first section of the survey determined the demographic profile of grade 12 students, whilew the second part assessed students; level of satisfaction and engagement during flexible learning. Weighted Average Mean formula and Pearson-r were the statistical instrument utilized in the research to identify the level of satisfaction and the respondents' engagement during flexible learning. The Result of the study was used to design a webinar about mental health awareness that will help students and individuals who are seriously influenced psychologically be flexible learning learning during the COVID-19 pandemic
