Abstract
This research explored the Advertisement Effectiveness Utilized by the La Barrida Pizza Haus as perceived by La Barrida Pizza Haus customers. Advertising is only one component of the overall marketing process. Its goal is to promote a product, service, or business as a whole. In today's society that we are facing a pandemic, the effectiveness of different advertisements has an impact on the performance of the restaurant. It helps the restaurant to be profitable and still compete on the market. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the advertisements of La Barrida Pizza Haus, how they apply their advertisements to the restaurant, and its improvement for its long-term operation. The study used the quantitative research approach to gather the point of view of the customers. These results measured how effective the advertisements were. Information were collected through online survey using Google form. Also, the researchers used cluster sampling to obtain the sample population. These findings provided useful insights regarding the effectiveness of advertisements. Furthermore, Pizza Haus needs to help the customers to understand how and what the Pizza Haus offered. The way of doing this is through advertisements. It is a promo that lessens the expenses of the customers in buying a product for the restaurant. The Pizza Haus should not focus only on the profitable branch, but it should have unity in all the branches.
