Abstract

The research is focused on leveraging data visualization techniques to gain insights into the program’s impact and student involvement in the Community Extension program of CCMS. The study utilized the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) methodology. Data were collected and preprocessed to ensure accuracy and consistency. Exploratory data analysis was conducted on the collected data. The data were then visualized using a data visualization tool, Power BI, to create a dynamic and interactive dashboard. The developed dashboard provided an overview of the program’s beneficiaries, characteristics, and student involvement. Visual representations such as charts, graphs, and maps allowed for a clear understanding of the data patterns, trends, and correlations. The dashboard also facilitated the exploration of specific subsets of beneficiaries, enabling a more detailed analysis of their involvement and outcomes.
