Enverga University provides convenient online payment channels for students, parents and guardians. Enrollment, tuition and outstanding balance payments may be completed remotely through the Universitys authorized payment platforms.

Watch the video guide before selecting a payment channel. Review all student and transaction details carefully, and keep your official receipt or payment confirmation until the transaction appears in the MSEUF Student Portal.


Choose an online payment channel

Payments may be completed through:

  • MSEUF Payment Portal through Dragonpay
  • LANDBANK Link.BizPortal
  • BDO Bills Online Payment
  • UnionBank Online Payment

Online payment channels are intended for enrollment, tuition and balance payments. Payments for credentials and other non-tuition transactions must be completed at the authorized University payment counters unless otherwise announced.


Online Payment Guide

MSEUF Payment Portal through Dragonpay

The MSEUF Payment Portal allows students to generate and complete payments through Dragonpay’s participating online banking and payment channels.

How to access the payment portal

  1. Open the MSEUF Payment Portal.
  2. Log in using your myMSEUF Portal username or student number and password.
  3. Select the appropriate payment or transaction.
  4. Choose an available Dragonpay online payment channel.
  5. Follow the payment instructions provided by Dragonpay.
  6. Save the payment reference number and confirmation receipt.

Students must log in to the MSEUF Payment Portal before completing a Dragonpay transaction.

Available online channels

The portal may offer online payment options such as:

  • AUB Online
  • BDO Internet Banking
  • BPI Online or Mobile Banking
  • Dragonpay Prepaid Credits
  • Maybank Online Banking
  • MetrobankDirect
  • PNB Internet Banking

The available channels and applicable convenience fees are displayed in the payment portal and may change depending on the service provider.

Posting time

Payments are generally posted to the MSEUF Student Portal within one working day from Dragonpay’s payment confirmation.

Bayad App

Students and parents may also pay MSEUF fees online through the Bayad App for a convenient cashless transaction using a mobile device.

How to pay through the Bayad App

  1. Open the Bayad App and log in to your account.
  2. Select Pay Bills.
  3. Search for Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Inc. or the available MSEUF biller name.
  4. Enter the required student and payment details.
  5. Indicate the amount to be paid.
  6. Review all transaction information carefully.
  7. Confirm the payment using your preferred available payment method.
  8. Save or take a screenshot of the official payment confirmation.

Required payment details

Prepare the following information before completing the transaction:

Biller or account name: Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Inc.
Account or subscriber name: Name of the student
Account or subscriber number: Student number
Payment amount: Amount due

Important reminders

  • Use the student’s complete and correct name.
  • Enter the correct student number.
  • Confirm that the official MSEUF biller appears before proceeding.
  • Review the amount and transaction details before confirming the payment.
  • Keep the official receipt, reference number or payment confirmation.
  • Allow the applicable processing period for the payment to appear in the MSEUF Student Portal.
  • Avoid making a duplicate payment while waiting for the transaction to be posted.
  • Convenience fees may apply depending on the payment method selected in the app.

LANDBANK Link.BizPortal

Students, parents and other clients may pay MSEUF fees online through LANDBANK Link.BizPortal.

  • GrabPay through MYEG

How to pay through Link.BizPortal

  1. Visit the LANDBANK website or open the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App.
  2. Select Link.Biz or Link.BizPortal.
  3. Click Pay Now.
  4. Search for MSEUF LUCENA CITY.
  5. Choose the appropriate transaction type, then click Continue.
  6. Complete the required transaction details.
  7. Select your preferred payment method.
  8. Enter the CAPTCHA and accept the terms and conditions.
  9. Authorize the payment using the required one-time password and ATM PIN, when applicable.
  10. View, save or print the payment confirmation receipt.

Important reminder

Check the student name, student number, transaction type and payment amount before confirming the transaction.

Posting time

Students and parents may use BDO Bills Online Payment for enrollment and outstanding balance payments.

Important payment details

Biller or account name: Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Inc.
Subscriber name: Name of the student
Subscriber number: Student number

How to pay

  1. Log in to the BDO Online app or BDO Online Banking.
  2. Open the bills payment feature.
  3. Select Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Inc. as the biller or account name.
  4. Enter the student’s name as the subscriber name.
  5. Enter the student number as the subscriber number.
  6. Enter the payment amount.
  7. Review all details and confirm the transaction.
  8. Save or print the payment confirmation.

UnionBank Online Payment

Students and parents may use UnionBank Online Payment for enrollment and outstanding balance payments.

Important payment details

How to pay

  1. Log in to the UnionBank Online app or online banking facility.
  2. Open the bills payment feature.
  3. Select Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Inc. as the biller or account name.
  4. Enter the student’s name as the subscriber name.
  5. Enter the student number as the subscriber number.
  6. Enter the payment amount.
  7. Review all information and confirm the transaction.
  8. Save or print the payment confirmation.

Important online payment reminders

Before confirming a payment:

  • Enter the student’s complete and correct name.
  • Use the correct student number.
  • Select the appropriate payment or transaction type.
  • Confirm the biller or merchant name.
  • Review the payment amount.
  • Save the official receipt, reference number or transaction confirmation.
  • Allow the indicated posting period before checking the MSEUF Student Portal.
  • Avoid making a duplicate payment while waiting for the first transaction to be posted.
  • Never share your one-time password, ATM PIN, mobile banking PIN or account credentials.

Payments made through unauthorized channels or direct bank transfers outside the prescribed procedures may require additional verification.


Unposted or incorrect payments

When reporting an unposted or incorrect payment, provide the following:

  • Student’s complete name
  • Student number
  • Payment date and amount
  • Payment channel used
  • Transaction or reference number
  • Clear copy of the payment receipt or confirmation
  • Brief description of the concern

If a payment has not appeared within the prescribed posting period, contact the University Treasury Office for verification.
