How the Pay Gap Was Calculated
The mean salary is the average salary within each gender group. The median salary is the midpoint when salaries within each group are arranged from lowest to highest.
The gender pay gap uses male salary as the reference:
Gender pay gap (%) = [(Male salary − Female salary) ÷ Male salary] × 100
Calculations use the salary figures shown above, with percentages rounded to two decimal places.
Understanding the Findings
These results describe overall salary differences between male and female full-time employees as of December 2025. They do not compare employees performing the same work or holding equivalent positions.
