In support of its mission to integrate modern technology with academic and creative pursuits, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation proudly houses a fully operational Campus Radio Station and Dubbing Room, located at the University Library, facilitated by Educational Media Resource Center (EMRC).
Designed to empower student communicators, broadcasters, and content creators, these facilities serve as hands-on training grounds for those pursuing careers in mass communication, media production, and related disciplines. The Campus Radio Station, outfitted with professional-grade microphones, sound mixers, and broadcasting software, provides a dynamic space for live streaming, podcasting, news reporting, and radio programming.
Meanwhile, the Dubbing Room is equipped with audio editing systems and voiceover technology to support multimedia post-production. From narrating educational videos and producing audio learning materials to voice acting for student projects and institutional campaigns, the dubbing room enhances the University’s capacity for high-quality audiovisual content.
Managed by the EMRC, the station and dubbing suite are open to both academic and co-curricular projects. Students from the College of Arts and Sciences – AB Communication program frequently use the facilities for course requirements and creative productions, while university offices collaborate with EMRC for informative broadcasts and institutional messaging.
“These spaces are not just facilities—they are immersive learning environments,” shared Sir Liberato Albacea., EMRC Supervisor. “We want students to gain real-world experience in audio production and broadcasting, all while communicating meaningful messages to the Envergan community and beyond.”
The EMRC team also provides technical guidance and training, ensuring that both beginners and experienced users can maximize the equipment for their learning and development.
Through the integration of technology and creativity, the University strengthens its vision of producing globally competitive graduates equipped with communication skills, media literacy, and a passion for public service.
