MSEUF transforms old spaces into contemporary learning centers

Through the adaptive reuse of existing structures, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) continues to promote sustainability in support of SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.

Formerly a Dominican convent and dormitory for students, the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM) Building is now a contemporary academic facility.  Similarly, the former school canteen was once the student lounge, a well-liked study space.

By converting old brownfield sites rather than building new ones, MSEUF reduces waste, conserves heritage, and shows its dedication to creating a more resilient and sustainable campus community.
