MSEUF collaborates with industry, government, academe; holds partnership day

To create mutually beneficial agreements, eight government, academe and industry partnership was forged on Feb. 7, at the Alumni Center, which aims to create mutually beneficial agreements, the Partnership Day gained eight partners for MSEUF. 

For job placement, internship and career development, the new partners are Department of Labor and Employment, City Government of Lucena, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines, Inc., and Carlos SuperDrug, Inc.

While the Department of Interior and Local Government will be partner for the University’s health and safety programs. Moreover, for the community extension programs, the school partners are Quezon National High School, Barra Elementary School and the Lucena City High School Mayao Crossing Extension. 

University President Naila E. Leveriza welcomed partners spiritedly and stated the strong commitment of MSEUF towards successful collaboration of programs and services.

Vice President for External Relations Mr. Celso Jaballa in his welcome message conveyed the University’s desire for meaningful and responsive partnership to benefit students and alumni.

Vice President for Administration Dario Opistan likened the partnership to a regular relationship whose goal is to stay together for a long time by sticking to the provisions of the agreement. In turn, the new partners expressed their gladness for the collaboration.

The program was initiated and executed by the Office of Vice President for External Relations, Office of Health and Safety (OFS) headed by Mr. Arby S. Lagman, the Community Relations Department (CRD) headed by Director Milagrosa A. Lawas, and the Office of Scholarship, Job Placement and Alumni Relations (OSJPAR) headed by Director Maria Isabel D. Granada.
