Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation inducted the new officers of the MSEUF Alumni Association, following a hybrid alumni summit held at the Dr. Tobias Y. Enverga Sr. Alumni Center and via Zoom, May 13.

The gathering aimed to strengthen lifelong connections among alumni and outline low-cost, high-impact engagement strategies for the upcoming academic year in preparation for the university’s 80th Grand Alumni Homecoming.

The Office of Scholarship, Endowment, Job Placement and Alumni Relations organized the event, which featured a keynote message from Ulli Sauckel of the Deggendorf Institute of Technology.

Sauckel highlighted the value of alumni involvement in mentoring, career fairs and advisory boards. She said regular alumni engagement can lead to stronger support for the university through donations, corporate partnerships and endowment development.

Inspired by these insights, alumni coordinators presented proposed community-driven activities designed to increase active membership and meaningful participation. The planned activities include Alumni Bingo and Sing-Off, a tree-planting project and arts and crafts initiatives.

During the fellowship, Celso Jaballa, vice president for external relations, formally inducted the new set of MSEUF Alumni Association officers.

The new officers are Carmencita Custodio, president; Celso Jaballa, vice president internal; Engr. Ramil Aguilar, vice president for external; Dr. Carla Marie Carandang, secretary; Rhonaliza Zamora, assistant secretary; Nino Magararo, treasurer; Ma. Lourdes Rosales, public relations officer 1; and Roy Casipit, public relations officer 2.

Through the summit and induction, MSEUF reaffirmed its commitment to building a stronger alumni network that supports mentorship, service, institutional growth and sustained Envergan engagement.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to lifelong learning, community building and institutional development by strengthening ties with alumni who continue to contribute to the university’s mission. It also upheld the core values of Unity, Service and Excellence as alumni leaders prepared to support meaningful programs for the Envergan community.
