DR. RAYNELL A. INOJOSA
Not all heroes wear capes—some launch satellites.
Dr. Raynell A. Inojosa, a trailblazing engineer and visionary researcher, is redefining what it means to be a Filipino scientist on the global stage. Embodying the MSEUF values of Education, Empowerment, and Excellence, Dr. Inojosa has dared to chart a course into the cosmos, venturing into Space Science, a field few in the region have pursued.
Barely in his 30s, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronic Engineering and now leads the Philippines’ participation in a historic multi-national satellite ride-share mission—the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific Region. As a member of the Space Generation Advisory Council, he is a passionate advocate for space careers, inspiring students and professionals to aim higher—literally.
A researcher of rare caliber, Dr. Inojosa’s innovations span from UHF communications board development, X/S band antenna simulation for small satellites, to IoT-driven monitoring systems for agriculture and transportation. His groundbreaking work has been recognized in international forums across the United States, Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan.
But beyond accolades and orbit-bound technology, Dr. Inojosa remains grounded in service to country and Creator. His life’s work is not only a contribution to science but a calling to empower future generations to dream boldly, think differently, and lead fearlessly—on Earth and beyond.
MR. DENNIS ARPIA
From classroom corridors to the corridors of power, Regional Director Dennis A. Arpia has journeyed with purpose, passion, and a deep sense of service. A true-blooded Envergan, his academic roots run deep, beginning at the MSEUF Basic Education Department and culminating in his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration through the Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP).
Now serving as Regional Director of the Department of Agriculture, RD Arpia is recognized for his strategic vision in organizational management and sustainable rural development. With a foundation in media and journalism and a sharp instinct for political affairs, he built his career in public service from the ground up—first as Technical Assistant and Political Affairs Officer in both the Lucena City and Quezon Provincial Governments, then as Senior Executive Assistant to the National Food Authority, where he honed his expertise in agricultural governance.
In 2023, he officially rose to the helm of the DA Regional Field Office, an emblem of his unyielding leadership and dedication to uplifting farming communities. His voice now resonates even in academic circles, having been appointed as a Board of Regents member in several state colleges and universities, where he champions the alignment of education with national development goals.
RD Arpia’s story is one of persistence, progress, and profound service—a living embodiment of MSEUF’s ideals, and a model for aspiring leaders committed to transforming the nation, one policy and one province at a time.
MS. NATIVIDAD NATIVIDAD YASON
In a world where leadership often follows the familiar path, Natividad Natividad-Yason chose to lead with vision, heart, and innovation.
NN Yason exemplifies the pursuit of excellence—no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just grit, vision, and heart. Her name may echo twice, but her impact resounds far beyond.
A proud 2004 graduate of the LIACOMM program—Liberal Arts and Commerce—majoring in Accountancy and Economics, NN has carved an exceptional path in the business world. Today, she stands at the helm of Young Living Philippines as its General Manager, leading more than 6,000 active brand partners nationwide.
Her ascent was never accidental. NN understood early on that education was not just a stepping stone, but the very foundation of leadership. She immersed herself in rigorous training programs both locally and internationally, equipping herself with the knowledge, confidence, and competence needed to champion a global wellness brand.
Through her journey, she has brought the benefits of essential oils to countless homes and inspired a new generation of empowered professionals. Her story is proof that with purpose and perseverance, excellence is not just a destination, but a way of life.
DR. EVANGELINE L. CONSTANTINO
Some engineers build bridges—she built futures.
Fondly known as Engineer Consi, Engr. Evangeline Laureles-Constantino has been a steady and inspiring presence at the MSEUF College of Engineering for an extraordinary 33 years. Her legacy is etched not only in lecture halls and laboratory blueprints, but more meaningfully, in the hearts of generations of civil engineering graduates who regard her not just as a mentor, but as a second mother.
Her classroom was more than a place of instruction—it was a refuge for struggling students, a space where tough love met unwavering support. With tireless dedication, she offered more than just lessons; she gave her time, her wisdom, and her heart. Many owe their success in the notoriously challenging Civil Engineering Program to her late-night tutorials, quiet encouragement, and unshakable belief in their potential.
In 2011, her excellence was formally recognized when she was named Most Outstanding Teacher, a distinction reserved for educators whose impact transcends textbooks and touches lives in trans-formative ways.
Engineer Consi is more than an educator—she is a cornerstone of the college, a guiding light for future engineers, and a living testament to the power of mentorship, compassion, and purpose-driven teaching.
DR. CARLA MARIE D. CARANDANG
When compassion meets expertise, transformation happens, just as it was through the works of Dr. Carla Marie D. Carandang, who shines as a beacon of compassion, expertise, and trans-formative leadership in the field of education.
A passionate Special Education teacher and mentor, “Doc Carla” has devoted her life to uplifting learners with special needs and strengthening the systems that support them. Currently pursuing her PhD in Special Education, she is a sought-after speaker on deeply relevant topics such as child protection, values formation, mental health, and counseling issues at the very heart of educational and social development.
A licensed guidance counselor and behavior therapist, she has become a vital source of support for families, especially parents navigating the challenges of raising children with special needs. Her empathy is matched by her expertise, shaped by years of service as a Principal, District Supervisor, and now, as an Education Program Specialist II at the Department of Education, Division of Quezon.
Beyond the classroom and the office, Doc Carla continues her mission of healing and guidance as a respected marriage counselor. Whether she’s mentoring students, empowering teachers, counseling couples, or shaping education policies, her commitment is clear: to create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
Her journey reflects the true spirit of service-driven leadership, where every role she takes on becomes an opportunity to transform lives and uplift communities.
KATHRYN MAY P. OSMILLO
Where passion meets precision, legends are stirred—not just made.
Kathrin May Osmillo, a proud alumna of the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) program at MSEUF, exemplifies the transformative power of hospitality education grounded in excellence and cultural pride. From her graduation in 2012 to her emergence as a globally recognized figure in the beverage industry, Kathrin’s journey confirms the world-class caliber of Envergan professionals.
Crowned Don Papa Cocktail Competition Champion in 2017 and Glenfiddich World’s Most Experimental Bartender – Philippines Champion in 2019, where she later became a Global Finalist, Kathrin has consistently raised the bar—literally and figuratively. Her expertise has not only earned her titles but also inspired future industry leaders, especially as a featured speaker in the Enverga Bar Flippers Webinar Series, where she returned to her roots to mentor the next generation.
Her leadership has shaped some of the Philippines’ most celebrated bars—from her time as Bar Manager at OTO to her current role as partner at Raion, both featured in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and Tatler’s top lists. She continues to shine as a Beverage Virtuoso at Solaire Resort and as a guest bartender at Okada Manila, showcasing the art and science of bartending on premier stages.
More than her accolades, Kathrin’s true impact lies in her advocacy. Through “She Shakes,” she champions female empowerment in bartending, while her creations—infused with Filipino identity—celebrate nationalism and cultural storytelling through every pour.
Her remarkable career is not only a blueprint for success but a vibrant illustration of how an MSEUF BSHRM education can shape world-class talent, elevate Filipino culture, and inspire innovation far beyond the bar.
