How to Apply?
1. Students attending the assembly held every third week at the start and end of classes get priority for loan applications.
2. Submit Required Documents in Triplicate
- Loan Application Form (available at the Office of Student Organizations).
- Photocopy of the current registration form with a valid ID.
- Other requirements that may be needed.
Note: Screening and processing of applications will be completed within two days of submission.
3. Application Processing
- The OSO Coordinator will screen and process the loan applications.
- Recommendations will be made to the OSAS Director for approval or disapproval.
4. Post-Approval Steps
- Approved applicants will be notified and must sign an agreement with one faculty or non-teaching personnel as a guarantor.
- If compliance with the loan agreement is not met, students must report to the OSO Coordinator for settlement. Unsettled loans will result in a hold-on clearance.
5. Loan Proceeds
- The University Treasury Department will release funds upon submission of the signed agreement.
6. Repayment Terms
- Amortization or principal return with a 10% interest based on the student's capacity to pay within a month.
7. Collection
- The University Treasury Department will handle collections, which will be monitored by the OSAS Director.
