OSAS conducts psychological testing for Enverga Law students
The Guidance and Testing Office of the Office of Student Affairs and Services conducted its Annual Psychological Testing for students of Enverga Law School on Oct. 11, at the Enverga Law School Building to help learners gain deeper self-understanding and strengthen essential professional competencies.
A total of 87 students from first to fourth year participated in the assessment.
Rey Oliver Alejandrino, dean of the law school, expressed support for the initiative and highlighted its importance in helping students understand their personalities and interpersonal tendencies.
“This activity helps students gain better insight into their personality, behavior and interpersonal styles,” Alejandrino said.
Psychometricians who administered the tests explained that self-awareness in these areas allows students to strengthen communication, teamwork and stress management skills.
Organizers noted that these competencies play a crucial role in law school success and in preparing students for the demands of the legal profession.
Through the annual psychological testing, the University reinforced its commitment to supporting students’ academic growth and professional readiness.
The activity reflected the University’s core values of Mindfulness and Excellence by encouraging self-awareness and personal development among future legal professionals. It also supported student-centered and outcomes-oriented education by equipping learners with emotional and interpersonal competencies essential for their careers.
