Enverga University-Mauban recognizes basketball and dance camp graduates; grants scholarships


During a culminating program at the Mauban Municipal Gymnasium, 33 basketball players and 27 dancers completed the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Mauban Basketball and Dance Camp where outstanding participants also received scholarship grants to MSEUF-Mauban, April 30.
Parents and guardians attended the culminating activity to witness the campers' achievements after completing the summer workshop.
The participants trained under Basketball Coach Paul John Reyes and Dance Coach Marissa Ayaay, who guided them throughout the program as they developed their skills in their respective disciplines.
Following the completion of the camp, the university selected 24 outstanding participants to receive scholarship grants to MSEUF-Mauban. The scholarship recipients included 12 campers from the basketball program and 12 from the dance workshop.
The scholars, who will be incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 students of MSEUF-Mauban, continued their learning journey through a follow-up training camp at the Enverga University Main Campus in Lucena City on May 6–7. During the two-day activity, the selected campers further developed their basketball and dance skills using the university's training facilities.
The summer camp formed part of MSEUF-Mauban's efforts to nurture young athletes and performers while providing educational opportunities through scholarship grants that support students as they prepare for the next stage of their academic journey.
The Basketball and Dance Camp reflects Enverga University's commitment to transformative learning and learning by doing by providing young learners with opportunities to strengthen their talents through structured training. The scholarship grants also support the University's mission of developing students with excellence, discipline, and leadership while advancing access to quality education.
