Enverga University visits Ateneo benchmarking; strengthening campus services
To study best practices in university operations, facilities management, student services, and library development, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, led by University Chairman Atty. Wilfrido Enverga, conducted a benchmarking visit to Ateneo de Manila University, April 20.
The benchmarking visit began with an introductory meeting at the College Athletics Conference Room in the Blue Eagle Gym, where the MSEUF delegation met with their counterparts from Ateneo de Manila University. The visit also included a tour of the AShop and inspections of the Old Rizal Library and the New Rizal Library.
These activities gave the delegation firsthand exposure to Ateneo's approaches to university operations, campus facilities, and academic support services. A key highlight of the visit was the exploration of the Rizal Library, which served as a valuable reference for Enverga University's ongoing library development initiatives.
The benchmarking activity focused on identifying strategies that could strengthen the university's library infrastructure, digital resources, and research support services. By observing established systems and facilities, the delegation gathered practical insights that will help guide future institutional improvements.
The visit is expected to contribute to the continuous enhancement of various aspects of university life at Enverga University. Lessons from Ateneo's facilities, sustainability initiatives, and academic support systems will help inform the university's development plans, including improvements to library collections, learning spaces, administrative processes, and sustainability efforts.
