DOT Calabarzon awards MSEUF as 'Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Champion for Academe'
Proving the University's commitment to deliver outstanding service and fostering a culture of excellence, the Department of Tourism (DOT) Calabarzon recognized Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) - Lucena as the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Champion for Academe.
Dr. Maricel Herrera, Dean of the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM), and Dr. Jennifer Reyes, Officer-in-Charge of the Special Internationalization Projects received the award during the Tourism Excellence Awards 2024 and the Philippine Tourism Awards Regional Recognition held at Twin Lakes Tagaytay, Dec. 3.
“This prestigious achievement highlights MSEUF’s unwavering commitment to service excellence and sustainable tourism, fully aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” Dr. Herrera said.
Dr. Herrera further emphasized that this achievement reflects the collective efforts of the University's faculty, staff, and students in fostering a strong culture of hospitality and professionalism.
"Our recognition as the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Champion for Academe demonstrates the impact of our programs in molding future leaders who are globally competitive yet deeply rooted in Filipino values. We will continue to innovate and uphold the highest standards of education and service to prepare our students for success in the dynamic tourism and hospitality industries," Dr. Herrera added.
