MSEUF HS Alumnus Micor joins PAF leadership; takes role as Brigadier General

Moises Micor, an alumnus of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) High School Batch 1989, was confirmed as Brigadier General in the Philippine Air Force (PAF), Nov. 27.

The Senate of the Philippines approved his appointment during a session of the Commission on Appointments (CA), along with several other PAF generals.

Brig. Gen. Micor who serves as the Wing Commander of the Tactical Operations Wing Central at the time of his confirmation was one of six generals and one reservist general whose appointments the CA affirmed.

Brig. Gen. Micor graduated as valedictorian of his high school class. He was the son of the late Engr. Moises Micor, a former dean and faculty member of the College of Technology and Engineering (now College of Engineering) , and Erlinda Micor, who worked as the University’ Treasurer before her retirement.

The MSEUF community through the Vice President for External Relations Celso Jaballa congratulated Micor on his confirmation and recognized his role as an inspiration to current students and alumni. 

"Brig. Gen. Micor’s confirmation as a Brigadier General is proof of his exceptional leadership and the enduring legacy of MSEUF in producing graduates who excel in their fields," VPER Jaballa said.

"This milestone not only highlights Brig. Gen. Micor’s achievements also reinforce MSEUF’s role in shaping leaders of national significance," VPER Jaballa added.
