Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) envisions a private, non-sectarian institution dedicated to instruction, research, and community service. Reduce pilferage to 1% or less of the library collection every year for the next five years.

Hold at least three (3) activities in the promotion of library services encouraging users and clients to go to the library every year for the next five years.

Increase the utilization of electronic resources from 5% to 10% every year for the next five years.

Adopt at least one (1) library every year to help improve their library services as part of the Community Outreach Program for the next five years.
