1st batch of 'Maroon and White' honor Scholars attend grant orientation; confirm enrollment
The first batch of Maroon and White Honor Scholarship grantees from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) attended their official orientation on June 23 held at the EMRC Main.
he orientation clarified the conditions of the grant and included the signing of scholarship agreements, facilitated by the Office of Scholarships & Endowment, Job Placement and Alumni Relations.
Vice President for External Relations Celso Jaballa and Vice President for Finance Carlito Rodriguez personally welcomed the scholars and shared the University’s commitment to developing future leaders through scholarship opportunities. In his message, VP Jaballa challenged the grantees: “Don’t just reach for the stars, be the star that others will one day wish upon.”
Out of 48 scholarship passers, 29 have officially confirmed their enrollment in the University. The top 10 scholars will receive full tuition, miscellaneous, and auxiliary fee coverage. They are:

Scholars who qualified for a 100% tuition discount are:

- Luis Andrey B. Tawatao
Meanwhile, the following incoming freshmen qualified for a 50% tuition discount for one academic year:

Top scorer Mary Joy T. Caperina of Quezon National High School, who will pursue a degree in Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, shared her appreciation for the opportunity: “This grant gives me the chance to finish my degree and help my family in the future.”

This orientation activity affirms the University’s initiative to encourage academic excellence and support deserving students in achieving their higher education goals through the Maroon and White Honor Scholarship Grant.
