The Enverga Cuisineros from the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (CIHTM) of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation recently participated in Bakery Fair 2025, held at the World Trade Center in Manila.
The event showcased the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the baking and pastry industry, offering students the opportunity to immerse themselves in a professional environment and engage with culinary experts, suppliers, and industry leaders.
To culminate the learning-filled day, the CIHTM team gathered for a memorable send-off dinner at Brutal by Wadoughs, hosted by renowned chef and pastry innovator Chef Wado. The evening was filled with culinary excellence, as each dish served was a testament to creativity, flavor, and craftsmanship.
“We are grateful for Chef Wado’s warm hospitality and the unforgettable meal that perfectly wrapped up our Bakery Fair experience,” shared one of the students. “It reminded us of why we chose the culinary path—to learn, create, and connect through food.”
