Important Reminders for Graduates
Dear Graduates,
As you prepare to celebrate your achievements during this momentous occasion, please take note of the following important reminders to ensure a smooth and dignified ceremony:
- Arrival Time
- Please arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before the ceremony begins for assembly, line-up, and final instructions. Be punctual.
- Attire and Academic Regalia
- Graduates shall wear school uniform; formal attire for JD/IGSR/ETEEAP, academic gown with cap and hood and closed black shoes. Please ensure your attire is clean, properly worn, and complete.
- Seating Arrangement
- Follow the assigned seat provided during rehearsals. Do not switch seats to maintain the processional order.
- Processional and Recessional
- Maintain silence and order during the processional and recessional. Walk in a respectful manner as guided by Department Secretaries and Evaluators.
- Decorum
- Kindly observe solemnity and professionalism throughout the program. Refrain from using mobile phones, talking loudly, or engaging in distracting behavior.
- Awards and Diploma Presentation
- When your name is called, walk confidently to the stage. Pause briefly for your photo, receive your awards diploma cover with your left hand, and shake hands with your right hand.
- Photos and Media
- An official photographer will be present. Families and guests are kindly requested to remain seated during the ceremony.
- After the Ceremony
- Kindly proceed in an orderly manner. Do not leave personal items on your seat. You may reunite with your family in the designated area.
WHAT TO BRING
- Please do not forget to bring your Gate Pass. NO GATE PASS, NO ENTRY
- White Candle (with your Course Ribbon tied in the middle) for candle lighting ceremony
- Graduation Program
- Packed Food for Brunch (use only eco-friendly, plastic-free food packaging and utensils) and coordinate with Department Secretaries
