• April 30, 2025 – Deadline for Filing of Application for Graduation
• May 15, 2025 – Department Deliberation of Candidates for Graduation
• May 20, 2025 – Submission of Deliberated List of Candidates for Graduation
• May 22, 2025 – Submission of Nominees for Special Awards
• May 22, 2025 -  Submission of Nominees for Excellence in Research to DCAVRKMI for Approval
• May 22, 2025 – Submission of Second Semester 2024-2025 Grades of Candidates for Honors
• May 27, 2025 – Deliberation of the Final List of Candidates for Graduation
• June 5, 2025 – Confirmation of the Final List of Candidates for Graduation by the Academic Council

Rehearsal and Orientation: June 25, 2025 (6:30 AM to 2:00 PM) 

Graduation Day: June 26, 2025 (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
