Temporary dress code due to extreme heat/weather conditions
Due to extreme heat/weather conditions, the MSEUF Health and Safety Office, through the approval of the University management, is implementing a temporary dress code. The code applies to all college and basic education students (K-12) students except CME, CCJC, CNAHS, and 3rd yr & 4th year CED Students, effective March 7, 2025 (Friday) until the end of the Summer Term 2025 (July 2025).
1️⃣ ‘TOO REVEALING’ TOPS ARE NOT ALLOWED
❌Sando
❌Jersey
❌Cropped top
❌ See-through
❌Tube-type
❌Too-fitted sports attire
❌Hanging blouse/shirt
❗For culinary laboratory courses, a plain white shirt and checkered/black culinary pants are required.
2️⃣ ‘TOO SHORT’ SHORTS AND SKIRTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
✅Walking, or ‘tokong’ shorts, and pants are allowed.
❌Pleated
❌Cutoff
❌ Booty
❌ Skorts
❌Cycling shorts
3️⃣ANY COMFORTABLE FOOTWEAR IS ALLOWED
❌Slippers/Flip-flops
✅Shoes
✅Clogs
✅Sandals
✅Crocs
❗Except for science and culinary laboratory classes, where closed shoes are required.
❗For Basic Education Students (Elementary, JHS, and SHS), closed shoes are required.
