Abstract

Life is valuable. Which is why as humans, we do everything to protect it and keep our lives safe against any untoward incidents or accidents that may lead to injury or even death. But natural calamities such as fire, earthquake, floods and landslides cannot be predicted. Therefore, , the study aims to provide the best solution on how will Bondoc Peninsula will ensure the safety of local communities from these catastrophes. In order to provide an efficient proposal for planing the rescue and training center, the researcher used the descriptive, quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Under the qualitative methodologies, the descriptive approach was conducted. In response to the shortage and lack of emergency facilities and equipment needed to support the needs of the community in terms of giving a safe environment for the locals that this terminal project was developed. Therefore, the researcher concludes the need to have a Life Rescue and Training Center for Bondoc Peninsula. This project will be the center of training for all rescue officers and volunteers in rescue services at the third district of Quezon Province. The center will include a fire and medical service for the local community of Pitogo and nearby municipalities. This project in particular aims to provide aid to the members of the community in many ways.
