Envergan Officer among pioneer passers of CG Creator certification exam
Web Content and Digital Engagement Officer John Rover R. Sinag, passed the Computer Graphics (CG) Creator certification given by the Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP) in cooperation with CG-Arts Japan for the promotion of image information education multimedia test, Dec. 21.
Sinag is one of pioneer passers of the said certification, where he also became the first certified CG Creator in the University, and in the Quezon Province.
The examination consists of topics related to computer graphics including Digital Images, Photography and Compositing, Perspective, Movement and Typography, Color, Modeling, Material Settings and Rendering, Animation, Camerawork, Lighting, and Intellectual Property.
Sinag is also a faculty member of the College of Computing and Multimedia Studies (CCMS), where he is the Program Coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in Entertainment & Multimedia Computing (BSEMC).
"This serves as further validation of my skills as a multimedia professional and educator. I am committed that this achievement will be imparted to my students to amplify its impact. Of course, I am very grateful for the unwavering financial and moral support extended by the University and my colleagues. Without their assistance, attaining this new certification would not have been possible." Sinag shared.
This is the latest certification of Sinag as he already holds multimedia-related certifications including five Adobe Certified Professional certificates, two TESDA National Certificates III, and one Microsoft Technology Associate certificate.
