Business, Engineering graduating students attend URC Career Day
Universal Robina Corporation (URC), one of the industry partners of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), conducted a Career Day at the University Gymnasium for graduating students from the College of Engineering and the College of Business and Accountancy, Mar. 20
The event introduced URC and its ongoing expansion through its Flour Plant in Sariaya, Quezon, which is expected to be fully operational by next year. The company opened its doors to potential applicants, particularly for engineering and finance positions.
URC representatives presented an overview of the company’s operations and core values, emphasizing their mission to deliver quality food choices and their commitment to prioritizing people. An engaging audio-visual presentation gave students a deeper understanding of URC’s purpose and work culture.
To further showcase the company’s work, URC mechanical and industrial engineers manned booths featuring equipment and production technologies used in their operations. A dedicated human resources booth was also available to accept resumes and applications from students interested in joining the company after graduation.
This activity forms part of MSEUF’s continued effort to link students with industry partners for employment opportunities and career readiness.
