Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) through the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Dr. Ma. Lourdes Laydia at her clinic in Capistrano Subdivision, Lucena City, Sept. 7.

The partnership aimed to provide psychological services to students dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, and other mental health issues requiring clinical interventions

Joana Fe Panganiban, OSAS Director, emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, "This collaboration helps us extend our support to students who may need specialized psychological care. It ensures that students have access to the resources they need to address mental health challenges and maintain their well-being."

"Through this agreement, OSAS secured a channel for students to access professional psychological support. Dr. Laydia will offer counseling and therapy services to students who need clinical help. This collaboration responded to the demand for mental health services and ensured that students could receive appropriate care," Panganiban added.

The signing marked the start of a joint effort to address mental health concerns and support student well-being. OSAS aimed to enhance its support system by connecting students with external professionals who could provide necessary psychological interventions.
