AOMS' first general assembly; sets new direction for the academic year 2026-2027
Gathering its officers, members, and operations management students for its First General Assembly, the Association of Operations Management Students (AOMS) introduced the organization's plans, priorities, and activities for Academic Year 2026-2027, July 17.
Held from 9 a.m. to noon, the assembly served as an orientation and planning session that informed participants about the organization's upcoming programs, activities and objectives for the academic year.
During the session, AOMS officers presented the organization's key initiatives and discussed the responsibilities of members in supporting its goals. The activity also provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen communication, teamwork and commitment within the organization.
The assembly gave members a clearer understanding of the organization's direction and upcoming projects. It also encouraged active participation and collaboration among members, helping foster a stronger sense of unity within the group.
The activity benefited AOMS officers, members and other Operations Management students by providing information about the organization's plans and opportunities for involvement throughout the school year.
The general assembly achieved its objectives of promoting member engagement and establishing a strong foundation for the successful implementation of AOMS programs and activities in the months ahead.
The activity supported Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation's commitment to student-centered learning and learning by doing by encouraging students to participate actively in organizational leadership and campus engagement.
