Why Account Reset Services Matter

Your university accounts provide access to important academic and administrative services. If you are unable to sign in to your Student Portal, Microsoft account, or Canvas LMS, the account reset service can help restore access through a secure verification process.

Step 1: Prepare the Required Information

Before requesting an account reset, make sure you have the necessary identification and information required for verification.

Step 2: Visit the iLounge

Proceed to the ICTD iLounge located at the Ground Floor, Library Complex, MSEUF Main Campus, Lucena City.

Step 3: Use the iLounge Kiosk

Follow the instructions shown in the tutorial to submit your account reset request through the iLounge Kiosk.

Step 4: Wait for Processing

Once your request has been submitted, wait for the necessary verification and processing procedures to be completed.
