iLounge Reservation

Internet Lounge Reservation Policies and Guidelines:

  1. Requesters must file a reservation form at least three (3) working days before the intended use of the iLounge.
  2. A request letter or a PCARV Form, along with an attached list of students/users, must be submitted together with the
    iLounge Reservation Form.
  3. The number of workstations to be reserved will be based on the attached list of students/users. (Please ensure the list is
    included.)
  4. Reservations are non-exclusive; only the workstations are reserved, not the entire iLounge.
  5. Notify the ICT Department promptly regarding any changes to the reservation details, such as the number of attendees or
    changes to the time/date.
  6. If the reserved time passes by one (1) hour without notifying the assigned IT Support about a delay in the event or class, the
    reservation will be canceled.
  7. If the reserved time extends beyond 5:00 PM or exceeds the allotted time, the requester must promptly notify the assigned IT
    Support.
  8. Workstations vacated for more than 20 minutes will be made available for other users.
  9. Requesters/users are responsible for ensuring proper handling of all equipment in the iLounge during the reservation period.
Any damage caused will be charged to the requester or their group.
  10. All users must comply with the ICT Department’s policies and guidelines, as well as the University’s acceptable use policies.
Violations may result in the cancellation of the reservation and suspension of access.
  11. Users are expected to maintain a quiet and professional environment in the iLounge. Disruptive behavior may result in the
    immediate termination of the reservation.
  12. Users must ensure that the workstations and areas used in the iLounge are left clean and orderly after use.
  13. For specific software application to be use at the iLounge, requesters should notify the ICT Department in advance.
