MSEUF officials, academic leaders join benchmarking visit to Panpacific University

To strengthen academic collaboration and learn from best practices in higher education, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation sent a 16-member delegation of academic leaders, led by Vice President Celso Jaballa, to Panpacific University in Pangasinan on March 17 under the EU FLIGHT Initiative for AY 2025-2026.

The delegation included university officials, deans, directors and faculty members Dr. Claudia Odette Ayala, Dr. Felixberto Mercado, Dean Rodrigo Belleza Jr., Ar. Jennifer Sanchez, Dr. Maricel Herrera, Dr. Flormando Baldovino, Dr. Divinia Glifonea, Dr. Maria Corazon Valdeavilla, Engr. Ariel Nicolas, Faith Evangelista, Director Leah Salas, Dr. Milagrosa Lawas, Director Roselyn Maaño, Director Arby Lagman and Dr. Jennifer Reyes.

During the visit, the MSEUF delegation and Panpacific University representatives engaged in discussions on academic practices, institutional strategies and opportunities for collaboration. The exchange focused on strengthening excellence, innovation and shared growth in higher education.

The activity also featured a ceremonial Memorandum of Understanding signing, which marked the commitment of both institutions to pursue academic cooperation, collaborative programs and future partnerships.

As part of the visit, MSEUF also conducted a book donation to support knowledge sharing and help enrich learning resources at the host institution.

The benchmarking visit reflected the university’s continued effort to improve its programs and processes through strategic partnerships, shared learning and meaningful engagement with fellow academic institutions.


This benchmarking activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to excellence, service and unity by opening opportunities for shared learning and institutional improvement. It also supported the university’s vision of becoming globally competitive through collaboration, innovation and continuous quality development.
