CAS BS Biology Student joins intensive laboratory training, cultural immersion in Thailand
College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) BS Biology student Cris Dominic Magbujos joined 13 BS Medical Technology students in a 14-day Intensive Laboratory Training and Cultural Immersion Program at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
The program provided participants with hands-on experience in advanced laboratory techniques and diagnostic procedures, bridging the gap between theory and practice. It also fostered cross-cultural learning, enhancing their adaptability and global perspective in the field of medical sciences.
“The 14-day intensive training in medical technology and biology was a challenging but rewarding experience. It gave me hands-on practice with lab techniques and diagnostic procedures, making everything I learned in theory feel more real. The fast-paced environment pushed me to think critically, work as a team, and stay disciplined, all of which will be valuable in my future studies and career.,” shared Cris Dominic Magbujos.
