Quality Objectives
At the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, we are driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence in every aspect of our work. Our quality objectives serve as the guiding principles that propel us toward continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional educational experiences.
Toward the fulfillment of the University’s mission vision, the following are the specific quality objectives of the College of Nursing and Allied
Health Sciences:

Maintain a 5-10% above the national average in the Licensure examinations.

Conduct a graduate tracer study once every five years with at least 50-70% of graduates of each year successfully traced.

Achieve a 7% increase in student enrolment in every program of the college every year for the next five years.

Assess the level of effectiveness of faculty in terms of instruction, research, and community extension service by obtaining higher than 3.5 on a scale of 1-5 in the faculty evaluation (students and Dean) every year for the next five years.

Produce at least 2 published faculty research every year for the next years.

Ensure at least 75% faculty participation in community service extension activities every year for five years; and
-
Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than 3.5 on a scale of 1-5 at the end of the semester every year for the next five years.
