MSEUF, IT Works, sign partnership; CCMS to become Certiport Authorized Testing Center for IT certifications

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) and Innovative Training Works, Inc. (IT Works) signed an agreement partnership, allowing MSEUF to become a Certiport Authorized Testing Center.

Dr. Benilda N. Villenas, Officer-in-charge, University President/Executive Vice President, represented the MSEUF while Felix Christopher M. Alegre III, Country Manager of I.T. Works, signed the said agreement.

MSEUF College of Computing and Multimedia Studies headed by its dean, Assoc. Prof. Rodrigo Belleza Jr., will conduct certification exams and assessments, measuring the skills and knowledge of examinees.

"Through this new partnership, we will once again become a Certiport Authorized Testing Center. We plan to integrate these certifications into our curriculum, enabling our students to acquire in-demand certified skills even before they graduate. This presents a valuable opportunity for our students," Dean Belleza shared.

"The certifications will also serve as micro-credentials that will provide our graduates with a competitive advantage when applying for jobs" Dean Belleza added.

Under the agreement, MSEUF will have the authority to administer Certiport certification exams and assessment tests. I.T. Works, authorized by Certiport, a Pearson VUE business based in Utah, USA, will provide certification programs to the University.
