CCMS students, fresh graduates pass IT certification exams through UCSC support
Twenty-six College of Computing and Multimedia Studies students and fresh graduates of Enverga University passed information technology certification examinations on July 6 and 7, 2026, through an exam sponsorship initiative of the University Collegiate Student Council led by CCMS representative Ronald Vien Marcuz Naperi II in coordination with CCMS Dean Rodrigo Belleza Jr.
The examinees earned passing results in certification examinations covering Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Cisco Certified Support Technician IT Support, Cisco Certified Support Technician Networking, and Information Technology Specialist in Artificial Intelligence.
“This initiative supports our learners’ pursuit of industry-recognized credentials that validate their knowledge in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, networking, and IT support, while strengthening our efforts to prepare them for competitive careers in the fast-changing technology sector,” Dean Belleza said.
“The certification activity reflects the shared commitment of the UCSC and CCMS to provide learners with opportunities beyond the classroom,” Naperi said.
“Through student-led support and academic coordination, we aim to help examinees gain credentials that improve their professional readiness and confidence as future IT practitioners.” Naperi added

The certification activity strengthened the college’s efforts to support outcomes-oriented education, skills development, and lifelong learning.
